Kolkata Municipal Corporation Recruitment 2014 – 154 Junior Assistant Vacancies: Municipal Service Commission (KMC) has posted an employment notification for the recruitment of Jr Assistant Posts. Applications are invited for filling up 154 Junior Assistant Vacancies in Kolkata Municipal Corporation & Municipal Service Commission. Kolkata Municipal Corporation Vacancy Details:

Organization Name: Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC)

Total Number of Vacancies: 154 Posts

Name of the Post: Junior Assistant

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 years to 40 years as on 01-01-2013. Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary Examination/ 10+2 from the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent and Working knowledge in computer applications.

Application Fee: General OBC and other unreserved category candidate are required to pay Rs. 150/- as application fee, Rs. 50/- as Processing charge and Rs. 20/- as Bank charge while Scheduled Tribes (ST)/ SC and PH category candidates need to pay only Rs. 50/- as processing charge.

Application fee is to be paid through all branches of United Bank of India and deposited to A/C No. 0088050006323 vide challan specially designed and available at Commission’s website www.mscwb.org.

Selection Process: Selection of candidates would be made on the basis of their marks obtained in written examination, Personality Test or Interview.
