- Qualification: S.S.C.E Passed or equivalent. Basic course of Mulch-Purpose Health Worker. Knowledge of Computer application.
- Age Limit: 18 to 29 years
- Qualification: Class 10th Passed or equivalent. A recognized Course of Female Health Worker. OR passed in A.N.M from a Govt. recognized institute.
- Age Limit: 18 to 40 years
Pay-Scale: Rs.5300 Fixed
Application Fee: Rs.100 + Rs.12 Post Charge
