Qualification:  

Name Of the Post	Educational Qualification
Operations	Degree in Metallurgical/ Mechanical / Production Engineering with having 65 % marks for unreserved and 55% marks for reserved persons and 07 years’ experience in relevant field.
Mechanical	Degree in Mechanical/ Hydraulics Engineering should have having 65 % marks for unreserved and 55% marks for reserved persons and 07 years’ experience in relevant field.
Electrical	Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering must have having 65 % marks for unreserved and 55% marks for reserved persons and 07 years’ experience in relevant field.
Instrumentation	Degree in Instrumentation /Electronics / Elect.Engg with having 65 % marks for unreserved and 55% marks for reserved persons and 07 years’ experience in relevant field.
Ceramics	Degree in Ceramics Engg./ M.Tech. in Materials Sc should have having 65 % marks for unreserved and 55% marks for reserved persons and 07 years’ experience in relevant field.
Chemical	Degree in Chemical Engineering must having having 65 % marks for unreserved and 55% marks for reserved persons and 07 years’ experience in relevant field.

Eligible applicants should apply through SAIL official website www.sail.shine.com on or before 7th January 2014 to 8th February 2014, fill mandatory details take hard copy printout and attach all required documents are attested and should be sent to Office of DGM(Personnel-OD), SAIL-IISCO Steel Plant, Burnpur-713325, Dt: Burdwan, West Bengal and should be reach on or before 8th February 2014. 

Pay scale :

Eligible Applicants can get Rs.Rs.32900-58000/- Pay Scale per month.

Selection Process: Selection process will be basis of Personal Interview & Written Examination.
