રાઈટ ટુ એજ્યુકેશન એક્ટને લાગુ કરવા સાથે શાળાઓમાં ગુણવત્તાસભર શિક્ષણ આપવા માટે સારા લાયક શિક્ષકોની ભરતી થાય તે માટે કેન્દ્રના માનવ સંસાધન મંત્રાલય દ્વારા ૨૦૧૧થી સેન્ટ્રલ ટીચર એલિજિબિલીટી ટેસ્ટ લાગુ કરવામા આવી છે.જેમાં સીબીએસઈ સ્કૂલો અને કેન્દ્રિય વિદ્યાલય સહિતની તમામ શાળાઓમાં ધો.૧થીધો.૮ સુધીના શિક્ષકો માટે શિક્ષકોની લાયકાત નક્કી કરતી આ પરીક્ષા લેવામાં આવે છે.પરંતુ મહત્વનું છે કે છેલ્લા બે વર્ષથી આ પરીક્ષાનું પરિણામ ૧થી૨ બે ટકા જેટલું નહિવત કહી શકાય તેવું પરિણામ આવતા કેન્દ્રને સારા લાયકાતવાળા શિક્ષકો જ નથી મળતા. ગત વર્ષે સીટનું પરિણામ માત્ર ૧ ટકા આવ્યા બાદ આ વર્ષે પણ માત્ર બે જ ટકા પરિણામ આવ્યું છે અને ૯૮ ટકા ઉમેદવારો શિક્ષકો બનવા માટે લાયક જ નથી ઠર્યા.

 
સેન્ટ્રલ બોર્ડ ઓફ સેકન્ડરી એજ્યુકેશન દ્વારા ગત જાન્યુઆરીમાં સમગ્ર દેશમાં સીટેટ એટલે કે સેન્ટ્રલ ટીચર્સ એલિજિબિલીટી ટેસ્ટ લેવામા આવી હતી.આ પરીક્ષામાં ૮.૨૬ લાખ ઉમેદવારો નોંધાયા હતા.જેમાંથી અંદાજે ૭.૫૦ લાખ ઉમેદવારોએ પરીક્ષા આપી હતી.તાજેતરમાં આ પરીક્ષાનું સીબીએસઈ દ્વારા પરિણામ જાહેર કરવામા આવ્યું હતું.પરંતુ આ વર્ષનું સીટેટનું પરિણામ પણ ખૂબ જ ચોંકાવનારું અને દેશના શિક્ષણ જગત માટે તેમજ સ્કૂલો માટે આઘાતજનક કહી શકાય તેવું છે.કારણકે આ વર્ષે પણ માંડ માંડ ૨ ટકા ઉમેદવારો જ શિક્ષકોની આ પરીક્ષામાં આ પાસ થયા છે. અંદાજે સાડા સાત લાખમાંથી ૯૮ ટકા ઉમેદવારો એક પણ પેપરમા પાસ જ નથી થયા અને ટીચર્સ બનવા ગેરલાયક ઠર્યા છે. ૭.૫૦ લાખમાંથી માત્ર ૨ ટકા પ્રમાણે ૧૩,૪૨૮ ઉમેદવારો જ પાસ થયા છે. આ પરીક્ષામાં બે પેપરો હોય છે જેમાં એક પેપર ધો.૧થી૫માં ભણાવવા માટેનું હોય છે જ્યારે બીજુ પેપર ધો.૬થી૮માં ભણાવવા માટેનું હોય છે.એટલે કે ધો.૧થી૫માં શિક્ષક બનવા માટે પેપર અને ધો.૬થી૮માં શિક્ષક બનવા પેપર ટુ પાસ કરવું પડે છે.પરંતુ આ ૯૮ ટકા ઉમેદવારો એક પણ પેપર પાસ નથી કરી શક્યા. આમ આ વખતની સીટેટનું પણ આટલું નબળું પરિણામ આવવા સાથે કેન્દ્રની આ પરીક્ષાનો મોટો ફિયાસ્કો સામે આવ્યો છે.જો કે બીજી બાજુ સ્કૂલોના શિક્ષણ માટે પણ આ ખૂબ જ ચિંતાજનક બાબત કહી શકાય કારણકે જ્યાં કેન્દ્ર સરકારે દેશમા રાઈટ  ટુ એજ્યુકેશન એક્ટ લાગુ કરવા સાથે સ્ક્ૂલોમાં પ્રાથમિક ધોરણથી જ બાળકોને ગુણવત્તાસભર શિક્ષણ આપવાના હેતુ સાથે આ પરીક્ષા લાગુ કરી છે અને જેમાંથી સારા લાયક શિક્ષકો મળે તે માટે દર વર્ષે આ પરીક્ષા લઈને કેન્દ્રિય ધોરણે સ્કૂલોમાં શિક્ષકોની ભરતી કરવામા આવે છે ત્યારે છેલ્લા બે વર્ષથી માંડ ૧થી૨ ટકા જ ઉમેદવારો પાસ થતા હોઈ પૂર્વ પ્રાથમિકથી માંડી પ્રાથમિક ધોરણ સુધીના શિક્ષકો જ કેન્દ્રને મળી નથી શકતા.મહત્વનું છે ગત વર્ષે ૨૦૧૩માં પણ માત્ર ૧ ટકા જેટલું નહીંવત પરિણામ આવ્યું હતું.આમ કેન્દ્રની રાઈટ ટુ એજ્યુકેશન એક્ટ સાથે સ્કૂલોમાં ક્વોલિટીવાળા અને સારા લાયક શિક્ષકોને ભરતી કરવાની આશા પર પાણી ફરી વળ્યુ હોઈ તેમ સ્કૂલોમાં  બાળકોને ગુણવત્તાસભર શિક્ષણ આપવા દેશમાં લાયક શિક્ષકો જ નથી મળતા તેમ કહી શકાય.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 19 years to 24 years. In other words candidates should be born between 02-01-1991 to 01-07-1996 (both dates are inclusive) for General candidate while age should be between 19 to 25 years, born between 02-01-1990 & 01-01-1996 for CPL candidates. Age relaxation is applicable as per the Govt. rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess the qualification of Graduation in any discipline with minimum 70% marks, 10+2 level with Maths & Physics.

Selection Procedure: Eligible candidates will be selected based on their performance in written examination, physical test, medical test followed by the Interview.

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Recruitment 2014 For 2892 Job Posts : Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Advertisement Notification for recruitment of Sub-Inspectors (SI) in Delhi Police, CAPFs and Assistant Sub-Inspector in CISF Examination 2014.

SSC will hold an All India Examination for recruitment to the post of Sub-Inspectors (SI) and Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASI) – the exam will be held on 22nd June 2014 and 21st September 2014. Eligible Graduate (Male & Female) Indian Candidates Apply on the prescribed application form on or before 11th April 2014.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- through offline/ online mode and no fee for women/ SC/ ST/ EXS candidates.

Offline Mode: Candidates have to take Central Recruitment Fee Stamps(CRFS) stamps are available at the counter of all Departmental Post Offices of the country. Recruitment Fee Stamps should be pasted on the application form in the space earmarked for the purpose and get canceled at the concerned post office, issued with the date stamp.Application Form itself, taking care at the same time that the impression is clear and distinct to facilitate the identification of date and Post Office of issue at any subsequent stage.

Online Mode: Candidates have to pay the fee only through State Bank of India either in the form of challan or net-banking.

Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on written examination and skill test, physical endurance test, interview/ personality test.

How to Apply: Candidates can apply through online from the wesite www.ssc.nic.in or www.ssconline2.gov.in on or before 09-04-2014 by 5:00 PM for Part-I and 11-04-2014 by 5:00 PM and 18-03-2014 for candidates in remote areas. Only a single application will be entertained for a candidate and no need to send any print outs or xerox copies.
