(૧) પ્રથમ તબક્કામાં ઉમેદવારો તા.૨૪/૦૫/૨૦૧૪ ના રોજ ૧૨:૦૦ કલાકથી ઓનલાઈન કોલલેટર મેળવી શકશે. (૨) પ્રથમ તબક્કામાં વિદ્યાસહાયક (ધોરણ – ૧ થી ૫) ના શારીરિક અશક્તતા ધરાવતા, માજી સૈનિક અને ૧૦% HSC (વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહ)ના ઉમેદવારોને જિલ્લા પસંદગી માટે તા.૨૮/૦૫/૨૦૧૪ ના રોજ બોલાવેલ છે. (૩) જિલ્લા પસંદગીની કાર્યવાહી માટે ઉમેદવારોએ ઓનલાઇન વેબસાઇટ ઉપરથી જ કોલ-લેટર મેળવી લેવાના રહેશે. અન્ય કોઇ પ્રકારે કોલ-લેટર મોકલવામાં આવશે નહિ. (૪) માજી સૈનિક માટે ૬૩.૮૫% મેરીટ સુધીના (તમામ) ઉમેદવાર કોલ-લેટર મેળવી શકશે. (૫) HSC(વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહ, >=૪૫%) ૫૫.૭૫% (તમામ) મેરીટ સુધીના ઉમેદવારો કોલ-લેટર મેળવી શકશે. આજે ગુજરાતમાં વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહનું પરિણામ જાહેર કરી દેવામાં આવ્યુ છે.

આ વર્ષે વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહમાં ખૂબ ઉંચુ એટલેકે 94.14 ટકા પરિણામ આવ્યુ છે. વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહના પરિણામમાં પણ ઉત્તર ગુજરાતે બાજી મારી છે અને તેથી સમગ્ર રાજ્યમાંથી સૌથી વધારે ઉંચુ પરિણામ પાટણ જિલ્લાનું નોંધવામાં આવ્યુ છે. પાટણનું વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહનું પરિણામ 98.61 ટકા આવ્યુ છે જ્યારે રાજ્યમાં સૌથી ઓછુ પરિણામ છોટા ઉદેપુરનુ આવ્યુ છે. છોટા ઉદેપુરમાં 55.16 ટકા પરિણામ નોંધવામાં આવ્યુ છે. રાજ્ય શિક્ષણ વિભાગ દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલી માહિતી પ્રમાણે આ વર્ષે વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહની પરિક્ષામાં 1,14,204 વિદ્યાર્થીઓ હાજર રહ્યા હતા. કુલ પરિણામમાં 306 વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ A-1 ગ્રેડ મેળવ્યો છે જ્યારે 3,705 વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ A-2 ગ્રેડ મેળવ્યો છે. સરેરાશ પરિણામમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું 93.98 ટકા અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું 94.43 ટકા પરિણામ નોંધવામાં આવ્યુ છે. અસારવા, ગોંડલ અને ધંધુકામાં 100 ટકા પરિણામ નોંધવામાં આવ્યુ છે. 100 ટકા પરિણામ ધરાવતી શાળાઓની સંખ્યા 386 છે. 12 વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહના પરિણામમાં મુખ્ય શહેરોની વાત કરીએ તો અમદાવાદ સિટીનું પરિણામ 96.97 ટકા, અમદાવાદ રૂરલ 98.12 ટકા પરિણામ, રાજકોટમાં 97.09 ટકા પરિણામ, સુરતમાં 95.12 ટકા પરિણામ અને વડોદરા શહેરનું 90.70 ટકા પરિણામ આવ્યુ છે.

ઉમેદવારો માટેની સૂચના :

(૧) તા. 24/08/2013 ના રોજ રાજ્ય ની બિન સરકારી ગ્રાન્ટેડ ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓ માં જુના શિક્ષકો / શિક્ષક સહાયકોની પસંદગી યાદી તૈયાર કરવા માટે આપેલ       જાહેરાત ના અનુસંધાને અગાઉ તબક્કાવાર વિકલ્પ આપી શાળા / જીલ્લા ની કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવેલ છે. તે કાર્યવાહી રદ કરવામાં આવે છે. આથી ઉમેદવારો એ અગાઉ       આપેલ તમામ વિકલ્પ રદ ગણવામાં આવે છે.

(૨) શિક્ષણ સહાયક/જુના શિક્ષકની ભરતી માટે ગુજરાતી/અંગ્રેજી માધ્યમના ઉમેદવારોને જીલ્લા પસંદગી માટેના વિકલ્પ તા. ૧૨-૦૫-૨૦૧૪ ના ૧૧-૦૦ કલાક થી        તા. ૧૪-૦૫-૨૦૧૪ ૨૩:૫૯ કલાક સુધી ઓનલાઇન ભરવાના રહેશે.

(3) જીલ્લા પસંદગી માટેના વિકલ્પ આપ્યા બાદ ઉપલબ્ધ જગ્યાઓ મુજબ જિલ્લાઓની ફાળવણી કરવામાં આવશે, જે વખતોવખત ના નામદાર ન્યાયાલય ના ચુકાદાઓને       આધીન રહેશે.

(4)  ઉપરોકત નિયત કરેલ સમય મર્યાદા માં ઉમેદવાર દ્રારા ઓનલાઇન વિકલ્પ ભરવામાં નહિ આવે તો સમગ્ર ભરતી પ્રક્રિયામાંથી ઉમેદવાર પોતાના હ્ક્ક આપો આપ       ગુમાવશે.

લગભગ પ૦ લાખ કર્મચારીઓને ભેટ આપતા કેન્‍દ્ર સરકારે બાળકોને શિક્ષણ ભથ્‍થુ સહિત અનેક પ્રકારના અનુદાનમાં વધારો કર્યો છે. કાર્મિક મંત્રાલય તરફથી જારી એક આદેશમાં જણાવાયુ છે કે, કર્મચારી એક બાળકના શિક્ષણ માટે વર્ષમાં રૂ.૧૮૦૦૦નો દાવો કરી શકે છે. આ પહેલા તેઓને રૂ.૧ર૦૦૦ વાર્ષિક રિયેમ્‍બર્સમેન્‍ટ મળતુ હતુ.

      આ પ્રકારે શારીરિકરૂપથી વિકલાંગ બાળકોની દેખરેખ માટે મહિલા કર્મચારીઓને ખાસ ભથ્‍થા તરીકે હવે રૂ.૧૦૦૦ માસિકને બદલે રૂ.૧પ૦૦ મળશે. વિકલાંગ બાળકોના શિક્ષણ માટે કેન્‍દ્રીય કર્મચારી વર્ષમાં ૩૬૦૦૦ રૂપિયાનો દાવો કરી શકે છે. આ પહેલા વિકલાંગ બાળકોના શિક્ષણ માટે કર્મચારી ર૦૦૦ રૂ. પ્રતિ મહિને દાવો કરવા અધિકાર મેળવતા હતા. કર્મચારીઓ માટે આ સુધારેલા ભથ્‍થાઓ જાન્‍યુઆરી ર૦૧૪થી લાગુ થશે.

લઘુમતિ શિક્ષણ સંસ્‍થાઓ RTE કાયદો લાગુ નહિ પડેઃ સુપ્રિમ........!

 

લઘુમતિ શાળાઓમાં RTE કાયદો લાગુ કરવાથી બંધારણનું ઉલ્લંઘન થશે તેમ સર્વોચ્‍ચ અદાલતે જણાવ્‍યું: જો કે બિન સહાયતા પ્રાપ્‍ત ખાનગી શાળાઓમાં આ કાયદો લાગુ થશે: ગરીબી રેખા હેઠળ જીવતા બાળકો માટે રપ% બેઠક અનામત રાખવી પડશેઃ આ કાયદા હેઠળ તમામ બાળકોને અનિવાર્ય અને મફત શિક્ષણ આપવાની જોગવાઇ

 નવી દિલ્‍હી તા.૭ : સુપ્રિમ કોર્ટની પાંચ ન્‍યાયધીશોવાળી બંધારણીય બેન્‍ચે મંગળવારના આપેલા ચુકાદામાં કહ્યુ કે, શિક્ષણ અધિકાર (આરટીઇ) કાયદાને લઘુમતિ શાળાઓમાં લાગુ કરવો બંધારણનું ઉલ્લંઘન ગણાશે. છ થી ચૌદ વર્ષ સુધીના બાળકોને અનિવાર્ય અને મફત શિક્ષણ આપવાનો અધિકાર આપતો આરટીઇ કાયદો લઘુમતિ શિક્ષણ સંસ્‍થાઓ પર લાગુ નહી કરી શકાય. જો કે કોર્ટે કહ્યુ કે, લઘુમતિઓ માટેની શૈક્ષણિક સંસ્‍થાઓ સિવાય બાકી તમામ બિન સહાયતા પ્રાપ્‍ત શાળાઓ પર આ કાયદો લાગુ થઇ શકશે. બંને ચુકાદાઓ સુપ્રિમ કોર્ટના મુખ્‍ય ન્‍યાયધીશ આર.એમ.લોઢાની અધ્‍યક્ષતાવાળી પાંચ સભ્‍યોની બંધારણીય બેન્‍ચે પડકારનારી લઘુમતિ શિક્ષણ સંસ્‍થાઓની અરજી સ્‍વીકારીને ર૦૧રમાં ત્રણ ન્‍યાયધીશો દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ ચુકાદાને ફગાવી દીધો હતો. જેમાં કહેવામાં આવ્‍યુ હતુ કે સહાય પ્રાપ્‍ત લઘુમતિ શિક્ષણ સંસ્‍થાઓ પર આરટીઇ કાયદો લાગુ થશે અને તેમણે પણ ગરીબી રેખા હેઠળ આવતા રપ% બાળકોને પ્રવેશ આપવો પડશે. મંગળવારના બંધારણીય પીઠે આ પુર્વ ચુકાદાને બરતરફ કરતા કહ્યુ કે લઘુમતિ સંસ્‍થાઓ પર આ કાયદો લાગુ કરવાથી બંધારણની કલમ-૩૦ (૧)નું ઉલ્લંઘન થશે. આ કલમ હેઠળ લઘુમતિને વિશેષ દરજ્‍જો આપવામાં આવ્‍યો છે.

      જો કે સર્વોચ્‍ચ ન્‍યાયાલયે આરટીઇ કાયદાને માન્‍ય રાખીને બિનસહાયતા પ્રાપ્‍ત પ્રાઇવેટ શાળાઓની અરજી ફગાવી દીધી છે. કોર્ટે કહ્યુ હતુકે આ કાયદો બંધારણને અનુરૂપ છે અને તેના મુળ રૂપરેખાની વિરૂધ્‍ધ ન હોવાથી તેનો અમલ કરવો જરૂરી છે.

      શૈક્ષણિક અને સામાજીક રીતે પછાત લોકોને બોરબરી પર લાવવા માટે બંધારણમાં જોગવાઇ કરવાનો સરકારને અધિકાર છે. આરટીઇ કાયદો બંધારણમાં મળેલ વ્‍યવસાયની સ્‍વતંત્રતાના મૌલિક અધિકારનો હનન કરતો નથી. કોર્ટે કહ્યુ કે રપ ટકા ગરીબ કાળકોને પ્રવેશ આપવાનો કાયદો બિન-સહાયતા પ્રાપ્‍ત પ્રાઇવેટ સ્‍કુલ પર લાગુ થશે.

      સાથોસાથ સુપ્રિમ કોર્ટે અન્‍ય એક મામલામાં કર્ણાટક સરકારની એક અરજી ફગાવી દેતા જણાવ્‍યુ છે કે સરકાર ભાષાકીય લઘુમતિવાળી શૈક્ષણિક સંસ્‍થાઓ પર પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ માટે ફકત પ્રાદેશિક ભાષાનું જ માધ્‍યમ અપનાવવા માટે દબાણ કરી શકે નહી. હકીકતે ૧૯૯૪માં કર્ણાટક સરકારે બે આદેશો જારી કરી એક થી ચાર ધોરણ સુધીનું શિક્ષણ ફકત કન્‍નડ ભાષામાં જ આપવુ તેવુ જાહેર કર્યુ હતુ.
